Perpetual announces new Company Secretary

Perpetual today announced Eleanor Padman as Company Secretary.

Ms Padman joins Perpetual with more than 20 years’ experience, including roles across financial services as well as broader commercial and insolvency litigation. Ms Padman will lead and manage the delivery of legal, compliance and company secretarial advice and services across the business.

Ms Padman’s most recent role was General Counsel and Group Company Secretary at Pinnacle Investment Management.
