Perpetual appoints Joanne Hawkins As Company Secretary

Ms Joanne Hawkins has been appointed Company Secretary for Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited effective 24 June 2003.

Ms Hawkins currently holds the role of Deputy Company Secretary and has previously held Assistant Company Secretary positions with Macquarie Bank and Ord Minnett and was Company Secretary at the National Bank of the Solomon Islands.

Ms Hawkins holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Auckland and has a Graduate Diploma of Company Secretarial Practice from Chartered Secretaries Australia. Ms Hawkins is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Ms Hawkins appointment follows the resignation of Ms Gai McGrath.
