ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Mr Rohan Mead, Group Executive, Personal Financial Services of Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited has tendered his resignation to accept a senior appointment.

Mr David Deverall, Perpetual's Managing Director said that the resignation was accepted with regret, and that Mr Mead has made a valuable contribution to the group.

"During his eight years at Perpetual, Rohan has held a variety of roles within the group and managed a number of important initiatives. We wish him success in his future endeavours," Mr Deverall said.
