INCREDIMAIL AMENDS AGREEMENT WITH GOOGLE

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL – June 23, 2010 - IncrediMail Ltd. (NASDAQ: www.incredimail-corp.com), an Internet company, today announced that it has am its agreement with Google. This amendment extends the current relationship and of business until the end of 2010, at which time the agreement will end. The amen also reiterates IncrediMail’s commitment to Google’s customer policy and Google to request IncrediMail to implement future changes to that policy.

At the same time, IncrediMail has begun implementing collaborations with othe players in the search industry, via tests on different search related properties, off its diversified user base.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Ofer Adler, IncrediMail’s CEO, said “Over t few months we have had numerous discussions with Google regarding possible m wide changes being discussed internally, and the time frame for implemen Although these discussions continue, Google continues to state that no decisi been made regarding the precise changes, or their timing.
