Copenhagen, 2015-09-01 10:26 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Per Aarsleff A/S has
entered into a contract for the construction of a new office building for the
Maersk Group at Amerika Plads in Copenhagen’s North Harbour.

Aarsleff is to carry out the office building as a design & build contract and
is to carry out earthwork, sewer work, pile driving, concrete and element work
in own production. In addition, Aarsleff’s subsidiary Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S is
to carry out technical installations, including electricity, plumbing and
ventilation. Facade and fitting out work will be carried out by subcontractors.

The six-storey office building will have a total area of 13,000 square metres
plus 3,000 square metres of basement.

The contract has a total value of over DKK 200 million, and the client is A.P.
Møller - Mærsk A/S. Aarsleff has appointed PLH Arkitekter A/S as consultant and
MOE A/S as subconsultant.

The construction work starts in early September 2015 and is scheduled for
completion in the summer of 2017.

The contract does not affect Aarsleff's earnings expectations for the financial
year 2014/2015.
