HUNG FUNG GROUP<1141> - Share Subdivision Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Hung Fung Group Holdings Limited ("Hung Fung Group") have approved the Subdivision of shares on the basis of 1 then existing ordinary share ("Old Shares") of Hung Fung Group into 10 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from today (6/4/2000), a temporary counter under stock code 2988 and stock short name "HUNG FUNG GROUP" will be established for trading in board lots of 20,000 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 1141) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
