RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Peel Mining Limited (ASX: PEX) (“Peel” or “the Company”) advises that, as previously announced to the ASX, Mr Mark Okeby has retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 25 November 2025.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Mr Okeby for his significant contribution and dedicated service to Peel during his tenure. His guidance and expertise have been invaluable in advancing the Company’s strategic objectives.

Mr Okeby will continue to provide support to Peel under a consultancy arrangement on market terms, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing access to his experience.

Mr Okeby’s Appendix 3Z is appended to this release.
