Pebble Beach Systems Group plc, a leading global software business specialising in solutions for playout automation, and content serving customers in the broadcast markets, announces that on 1 December 2017, it received notification from John Varney, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company that he purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.49 pence per share on 1 December 2017. Following this transaction, Mr Varney is interested in 1,062,229 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.85 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
