On March 3, 2021, Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release discussing the Registrant’s financial results and operations for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
