Formation of Advisory Committee
and appointment of first member
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global provider of secure payment solutions, is pleased to announce the formation of the PCI Pal Advisory Committee ("PAC") effective 1 September 2020. The objective of the PAC and role of each member is to provide additional breadth of market and product perspectives to the CEO and the Board of Directors as the Company seeks to capitalise on the opportunities before it. The PAC is not a Board committee and members will not have any Board authority or responsibilities.
The first member of the PAC will be Ms Neira Jones. Neira is well-known internationally across the payments, fintech, and cyber security industries having held senior positions at Barclaycard and served on the Board of Advisors for the PCI SSC.
Commenting on the formation of the committee, Simon Wilson, Chairman of PCI Pal, said:
