উক্ত ঋণগ্রহীতো বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে দাবিকৃত অর্থাঙ্ক আদায় দিতে ব্যর্থহওয়োয় এতদ্দ্বারো বিশেষত ওই ঋণগ্রহীতো ও েনেোিোরণের প্রতি েোনানো যাচ্ছে যে, নিম্নস্বাক্ষর�োরী উক্ত রুলে�ূহের রুল নং ৮–সহ পঠনীয় উক্ত অ্যাক্টের ১৩ নং িোরোর (৪) নং উপিোরোিীনে তঁোর ওপর অর্পিত ক্ষ�তোবলে নীহে লেখো তারিখে

বিশেষত ওই ঋণগ্রহীতো এবং েনেোিোরণকে এতদ্দ্বারো উক্ত েম্পত্তি নিয়ে য�োনওরূপ লেনদেন নো �রোর েন্য েতর্ক�রো হচ্ছে এবং উক্ত েম্পত্তি নিয়ে য�োনও প্র�োর লেনদেন নীহে উল্লিখিত অর্থাঙ্ক ও েুদ সমেত ইউহ�ো ব্যাঙ্ক–এর দায় সাপেক্ষ হবে।

উক্ত অ্যাক্টের ১৩ নং ধারার (৮) নং উপধারার সংস্থান অনুযায়ী প্রাপ্য জেয়াদের মধ্যে এই সুরক্ষিত পরিসম্পদগুলি ছাড়ানোর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহক্ের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট

নিম্নস্বাক্ষর�োরী উক্ত রুলে�ূহের রুল নং ৯–সহ পঠনীয় উক্ত অ্যাক্টের ১৩(৪) নং িোরোিীনে অর্পিত ক্ষ�তোবলে নীহে লেখো তারিখে নীহে বর্ণিত েম্পত্তির দখল নিয়েছেন।

বিশেষত ওই ঋণগ্রহীতো এবং েনেোিোরণকে এতদ্দ্বারো উক্ত েম্পত্তি নিয়ে য�োনওরূপ লেনদেন নো �রোর েন্য েতর্ক�রো হচ্ছে এবং উক্ত েম্পত্তি নিয়ে যে য�োনও িরনের লেনদেন নীহে উল্লিখিত অর্থাঙ্ক ও এর ওপর েুদ সমেত ইউহ�ো ব্যাঙ্ক–এর প্রতি দায় সাপেক্ষ হবে।

	বিপনন �রো হবে যা পহে বো ে�দ্রেু বো আদেশোনুযায়ী বিপনন �রো হবে

	ঘ) ঋণগ্রহীতোর বর্তমানে	র ও ভবিষ্যতের ে�ল বহিধার অর্থাঙ্ক দাবি, েুক্তি,
		নিয়োগ, েুরক্ষা যেখানে নগদের বিবরণ রয়েছে, প্রাপ্তব্য, ে�ল অন্যান্য েলতি
	েম্পদ, কমিশন এবং আয়
		ঙ) ঋণগ্রহীতো এবং/বো তাদের পক্ষে নিয়োজিত য�োনও ব্যক্তির অর্থাঙ্ক গ্রহণ
	বো প্রাপ্তব্য, ে�ল বহিধার, ব্যবসায়িক	প্রাপ্তব্য, ে�ল নগদের জোগোন এবং

	ও চাহিদা	সহ ঋণগ্রহীতোর বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যতের হাতে নগদ, বর্তমান ও
	ভবিষ্যতের ক্ষেত্রে যা য োগ্য হবে নো
	চ) ঋণগ্রহীতোর বর্তমান ও ভবিষ্যতের ে�ল েলতি েম্পদের দায়বন্ধন
		ঋণগ্রহীতো এবং উপরি উল্লিখিত বন্ধকদাতোগণ/‌জামিনদাতোগণের প্রতি এই পরামর্শদেওয়ো হচ্ছে
		যাতে তোঁরো এই বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশের তারিখ যেকে ৬০ দিনের মধ্যে অনাদায়ী বকেয়ো পরিশোি করেন
	যার অন্যথা হলে উক্ত ৬০ দিন অতিবাহিত হওয়োর পর েোরফায়েসি	অ্যাক্ট–এর েংস্োনোিীনে পরবর্তী

গাড়ির সিটের নীচ থেকে উদ্ধার ৫৯ লাখ

লোকসভা ভোটের আগে হাওড়ায় উদ্ধার হল বিপুল পরিমাে টাকা। বুধবার দুপুরে গোলাবাড়ি থানার সামনে নাকাচেকিং চালানোর সময় একটি হলুদ ট্যাক্সিকে পুলিশের সন্দেহ হয়। গাড়িটিতে পুলিশ তল্লাশি চালালে সিটের নীচ থেকে দুটি ব্যাগ উদ্ধার হয়। ব্যাগ দুটি খুলতেই তাজ্জব হয়ে যান পুলিশকর্তারা। দুটি ব্যাগেই থরে থরে সাজানো ছিল ৫০০ টাকার বান্ডিল। দুটি ব্যাগ থেকে মোট উদ্ধার হয় নগদ ৫৮ লক্ষ ৭১ হাজার টাকা। গ্রেপ্তার করা হয় গাড়িতে থাকা দুই যুবককে। পুলিশ জানায়, ধৃতেরা হল প্রশান্তকুোর সোনি ও ভূপিন্দর সিং। দুজনেই েধ্যপ্রদেশের বাসিন্দা। উদ্ধার হওয়া ওই টাকার উৎস কী, তা এখনও স্পষ্ট নয়। ধৃত দুজনের কাছে এই টাকা নিয়ে যাওয়ার ববধ কোনও কাগজপত্র ছিল না। তারা কোথা থেকে এই বিপুল পরিমাে টাকা কোথায়, কী উদ্দেশ্যে নিয়ে যাচ্ছিল তা খতিয়ে দেখছেন পুলিশকর্তারা। হাওড়ার নগরপাল প্রবীেকুোর ত্রিপাঠি জানান, 'ঘটনার তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে। কী উদ্দেশ্যে বিপুল পরিমাে ওই টাকা ব্যবহার করা হত, তা খতিয়ে দেখা হচ্ছে। টাকার উৎস জানার জন্য হাওড়া সিটি পুলিশের একটি দলকে েধ্যপ্রদেশে পাঠানো হচ্ছে।'

লোকসভা ভোটের েুখে উত্তরপ্রদেশ থেকে বাংলাদেশে পাচার হচ্ছিল বিপুল পরিমাে োদক সিরাপ। এটি একটি বড় চক্র বলে মনে করছে পুলিশ। রাজ্য পুলিশের স্পেশ্যাল টাস্ক ফোর্স এবং পশ্চিে জেদিনীপুর জেলা পুলিশ কলাইকুন্ডা এলাকায় হানা দিয়ে দেড় কোটি টাকা োদক কাি সিরাপ উদ্ধার করল। ধরা হয়েছে ৭ পাচারকারীকে। আটক দুটি গাড়ি। স্পেশ্যা ল টাস্ক ফোর্স জানিয়েছে, কলাইকুন্ডা বিট হাউস এরিয়ায় একটি টাটা ৪০৭ এবং একটি টাটা হেক্সা গাড়িতে তল্লাশি চালানো হয়। তাতেই দেখা যায়, ভালভাবে প্যাকিং করা ফেন্সিডিলের ১৫ হাজার ৬০০টি বোতল রাখা আছে। গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে বিপুল সরকার, ধীরাজ হালদার, িেীক সাঁতরা, দীপু সরকার, বুদ্ধদেব দাস, যিশু রায় এবং পিন্টু বেরাকে। েঙ্গলবার বিকেলে গোপনসূত্রে খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ তল্লাশি চালায়। জানা গেছে, উত্তরপ্রদেশ থেকে সেগুলি পাচার হয়ে এ রাজ্যে এসেছিল। যাচ্ছিল বাংলাদেশের দিকে। দুটি নির্দিষ্ট ধারায় োেলা শুরু হয়েছে।

গ্রেপ্তার দম্পতি

প্রতিবেশী এক নাবালিকাকে অপহরক্ের অভিযোগে গ্রেপ্তার এক দম্পতি। নির্যাতিতার পরিবারের অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছে ওই দম্পতিকে৷ জানা গেছে, নরেন্দ্রপুরের বাসিন্দা ওই নির্যাতিতা গত ৬ এপ্রিল সন্ধেবেলা থেকে নিখোঁজ ছিল। সেদিন রাতেই থানায় অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন তার বাবা৷ তাঁদেরই ভাড়াটে ছিল অভিযুক্ত দম্পতি আকাি ও সুমিত্রা মণ্ডল৷ অভিযোগ, ঘটনার দিন রাতে বাজারে যাচ্ছি বলে সুমিত্রা মণ্ডল নির্যাতিতাকে বাড়ি থেকে ডেকে নিয়ে যায়। তারপর সুমিত্রা নিজে বাড়ি তিরে এলেও নাবালিকা বাড়ি ফেরেনি৷ নাবালিকার বাবার অভিযোগ, তাঁর জেয়েকে পাচার করে দেওয়ার পরিকল্পনা ছিল অভিযুক্তদের৷ প্রথক্ে তাঁরা নিখোঁজ অভিযোগ করলেও পরে তাঁরা অপহরক্ের অভিযোগ করেন। অভিযুক্ত আকাি মণ্ডলের দাবি, ওই নাবালিকা নিজের ইচ্ছেতেই তার সঙ্গে গেছে। ধৃতদের বিরুদ্ধে অপহরে ও ধর্ষক্ের োেলা রুজু করেছে নরেন্দ্রপুর থানার পুলিশ৷ নির্যাতিতার িারীরিক পরীক্ষা ও গোপন জবানবন্দি নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে পুলিশ সূত্রে জানা গেছে।
