The Company hereby announces that, on May 17, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors approved a voluntary English reporting policy, effective as of July 1, 2026. The adoption of this policy is based, inter alia, on the notice published by the Israel Securities Authority on June 30, 2020, titled "Notice to Companies: Voluntary Publication of Translations of Reports into English." The English translation of the reports listed below shall constitute a "convenience translation" only. Such reports shall be published following the publication of the corresponding reports in Hebrew, using a designated form (T-150). Each report of the Company translated into English shall include, at its beginning, a clarification stating that the English version is provided solely as a convenience translation and that the binding version is the report published in Hebrew. Set forth below are the reports that the Company intends to translate, together with the timetable for their publication: Summary of the annual financial statements and Board of Directors' Report - within 15 days of the publication date of the reports in Hebrew. Summary of the quarterly financial statements and Board of Directors' Report - within 10 days of the publication date of the report in Hebrew. Immediate reports concerning an event or matter that deviates from the ordinary course of the Company's business (T-53), or immediate reports regarding general material information (T-121) - within 7 days of the publication date of the report in Hebrew. Should the Company's Board of Directors decide to amend the above reporting policy, whether by discontinuing the translation of reports into English or otherwise modifying the translation policy, the Company shall report such decision by publishing a report to the public in both Hebrew and English at least 30 days in advance.
