Item 8.01.Other Events.

On October 5, 2021, PAVmed Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, PAVmed Subsidiary Corp. (collectively, “ PAVmed ”), acquired North Carolina-based CapNostics LLC (“ CapNostics ”).

On October 7, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the CapNostics acquisition. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
