EXTENSION OF OFFER PERIOD
Kin Mining NL (ASX: KIN) ( KIN or the Company ) announced on 9 October 2018 an equity capital raising of up to $10.4 million (before costs) by way of a pro-rata 2 for 5 non-renounceable rights issue of ordinary shares ( Entitlement Offer ).
The Company wishes to advise that the closing date for the Entitlement Offer has been extended for logistical reasons to 5:00pm (WST) on 14 November 2018, subject to the right of the Company to close the Entitlement Offer early or further extend the closing date.
