APPENDIX 3B AND CLOSURE OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN
The Company advises that it has raised $189,000 under the Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) . Which together with the recently completed Placement, brings the total funds raised to approximately $844,200 (before costs).
In accordance with the SPP Prospectus dated 31 July 2015, the Directors have the right to place the 18,110,000 shares and attaching options that were not subscribed by shareholders in the SPP ( “Shortfall” ) within 3 months from the date of the prospectus with selected parties at their discretion and based on the shareholder approval received at the General Meeting held on 3 September 2015. The issue price of any Shortfall will be on the same terms as those offered to shareholders in the SPP including the issue of one attaching option for every two shares issued. The Company will keep the market informed on any development in relation to the placement of the Shortfall.
The Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of SPP shares and options is attached herewith.
