Clarification Statement: Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Extension of Closing Date

Clarification in relation to the extension of the non-renounceable rights issue closing date. In relation to the announcement dated 7 July 2014 the company provided a revised timetable for the extension of the offer. The company advises that the Trading of New Shares is Expected to Commence on the 7^th August 2014 and not the 8^th August 2014 as noted in that announcement. The timetable has been revised accordingly and presented herewith.
