PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES A REVISION TO THE AMENDMENT TO ITS BRAND LICENSE AGREEMENT

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, February 2, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today, following the Company's entering into an amendment to its brand licence agreement dated April 28, 2011 (the "Amendment Agreement") with Orange Brand Services Limited, a member of the France Telecom Group ("Orange"), for the use of the Orange brand, that the parties have signed an amendment to the Amendment Agreement. According to the said amendment, the commencement date for payment of the agreed royalties for a period of 15 years has been revised to April 1, 2012 and the establishment of a mutually acceptable procurement arrangement is no longer a condition for the payment of royalties.

פרטנר תקשורת מודיעה כי התקשרה בתיקון לתיקון להסכם המותג

ראש העין, ישראל, 2 בפברואר, 2012 - חברת פרטנר תקשורת בע"מ ("פרטנר" או "החברה")
(NTAS - ו-NASDAQ) - חברת פורטנר תקשורת מובילה בישראל, מודיעה היום, בהמשך
להתקשרות החברה בתיקון להסכם השימוש במותג Orange מיום 28 באפריל 2011 ("התיקון
להסכם") עם חברת Orange Brand Services Limited, מקבוצת France Telecom Group, כי
הצדדים התקשרו בתיקון לתיקון להסכם. בהתאם לתיקון האמור, מועד תחילתה של התקופה בת ה-
15 שנים לתשלום התמלוגים המוסכמים עודכן ל-1 באפריל 2012 וכינון הסדר רכש המקובל על
הצדדים איננו מהווה עוד תנאי לתשלום התמלוגים.
