PARTNER COMMUNICATIONS ANNOUNCES THE DATE OF REPORTING Q2 2012 RESULTS

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, July 22, 2012 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. ("Partner" or "the Company") (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), a leading Israeli communications operator, announces today that it will report its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 on Tuesday August 14, 2012.

Mr. Haim Romano (CEO) and Mr. Ziv Leitman (CFO) will review the results in a conference call that will be held on August 14, 2012 at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time / 5.00 p.m. Israel Time.
