We are in receipt of your email dated October 20, 2021, wherein the Company has been asked to provide clarification on the outcome of Board Meeting dated October 18, 2021. In this regards, we hereby submit our in-seriatim reply as follows:
1. Cost of acquisition or the price at which the shares are acquired (in Rs.) -
The Company shall subscribe to the securities (i.e. Equity shares) at face value of Rs. 10/- each, resulting in the total investment of Rs. 4,75,000/- (divided into 47,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each) of the proposed associate company.
