On 29 September 2021, the Company's Executive Directors acquired Ordinary Shares of £1.00 each in the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Company's "Fixed Role-Based Allowance" (the "RBA") in respect of the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021.  The Shares acquired pursuant to the RBA will be released to the Directors in accordance with the Company's shareholder approved Directors' Remuneration Policy.
