Panther Metals PLC (LSE:PALM) the company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia, announces that it was notified on 20 August 2021, that Nicholas O'Reilly, a non-executive director of the Company, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 416,665 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.5p per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 416,665 Ordinary Shares together with an additional 3,806 Ordinary Shares, at a weighted average price of 11.51p per Ordinary Share.

Following the transactions, the number of shares in which Nicholas O'Reilly has an interest has increased by 3,806 Ordinary Shares to 420,471 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 0.68% of the issued share capital.
