NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of PAN Electronics (India) Limited is scheduled to be held on February 8, 2021, at the registered office of the Company at 16B, Peenya Industrial Area Phase – 1, Bangalore – 560058,

1. Consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2020.

Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the company’s securities for all the connected/designated persons shall remain closed from February 01, 2021 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company, i.e. close of working hours of February 8, 2021 (both days inclusive).
