PageGroup plc (the "Company")

Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (" PDMR ").

In connection with the appointment of Global Shares Ireland Limited, a J.P.Morgan company (" Global Shares "), as administrator of the Company's share plans, all shares held on behalf of employees in share accounts administered by Apex Group Fiduciary Services Limited have, on 5 February 2025, been transferred into share accounts administered by Global Shares Execution Services Limited. 

There has been no change in the beneficial ownership of the shares as a result of the transfer of legal title to the shares between nominee accounts.

This transfer of shares includes those held on behalf of the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Kelvin Stagg.
