Board Changes
AustChina Holdings Limited (“ Company ”) is pleased to advise that the Board has elected Mr Anthony Chan as Chair effec�ve immediately to replace Mr Daniel Chan, who will con�nue as a Non-Execu�ve Director.
Tsang replaces Mr Bernie Ripoll who has resigned effec�ve today. The Board and management thank him for his service and wish him all the best for the future.
Mr Anthony Chan was previously a Non-Execu�ve Director and Chairman of the Company from 2013 to 2019. Mr Chan has extensive experience in managing both listed and unlisted en��es, engaged in the resource industry commercial and residen�al development and early childhood educa�on. Mr Chan is also ac�vely involved in community services and organisa�ons.
Mr Peter Tsang has over 30 years’ of professional experience in Australian tax, audi�ng, corporate governance, due diligence projects and financial management. He introduced foreign investments to Australia and specialises in represen�ng foreign investors in all facets of management.
