Oxurion ontvangt transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group

Leuven, BELGIË, Boston, MA, VS – 13 december 2022 – 19 uur CET Oxurion NV (Euronext Brussel: OXUR), een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf dat de volgende generatie zorgstandaard oogheelkundige therapieën ontwikkelt, met klinische activa in vasculaire retinale aandoeningen, heeft vandaag aangekondigd dat het in overeenstemming met de Belgische transparantiewetgeving¹ , een transparantiekennisgeving heeft ontvangen na de uitgifte van nieuwe aandelen op grond van de kapitaalverbintenis die met Negma Group is aangegaan.

Oxurion ontving op 12 december een transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group Ltd. waaruit blijkt dat het op 6 december 1.837.132 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 311.281.644 aandelen bezat, en dus onder de laagste (3%) drempel kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 1

Oxurion ontving op 6 december een transparantiekennisgeving van Negma Group Ltd. waaruit blijkt dat het op 30 november 35.890.875 aandelen van de toen uitstaande 290.273.241 aandelen bezat, en dus onder de drempel 15% kwam door de verkoop van stemrechtverlenende effecten. Zie bijlage 2
