F1: On March 1, 2021, the reporting person contributed 54,884 shares of Otter Tail Corporation common stock to a grantor retained annuity trust for the benefit of himself and his two adult children. Upon termination of the trust on March 12, 2024, 23,046 of the shares were transferred to the trusts of the reporting persons children and 9,072 shares were distributed back to the reporting persons direct holdings. The remaining 22,766 shares were previously distributed to the reporting person and continue to be reported in this Form 4 as directly owned.
