Ormonde has received notification, on 06 October 2014 (dated 02 October 2014), from Rathbone Brothers PLC ("Rathbones") that as at 01 October 2014, and following the transfer of holdings from Jupiter Asset Management to Rathbones following the recent completion of the acquisition by Rathbones of Jupiter Asset Management, it held 25,738,500 ordinary shares in the Company.  This represents 5.45% of the existing issued share capital of Ormonde.
