CONSENT OF EXPERT

RE: Orla Mining Ltd. (the “ Company ”)

Material Change Report Dated August 9, 2021 (the “ Material Change Report ”) and final short form base shelf prospectus of the Company dated March 12, 2021 (the “ Prospectus ”).

I, Sue Bird, P.Eng. consent to (i) being named in the Material Change Report as a “Qualified Person” within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects , who has reviewed and approved the disclosure of the scientific and technical information contained in the Material Change Report (the “ Technical Information ”); and (ii) to the use and inclusion of the Technical Information in the written disclosure contained in the Material Change Report and incorporated by reference into the Prospectus.

I hereby confirm that I have read the Material Change Report and the Prospectus, including the Technical Information contained in the Material Change Report and the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Information or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Information.
