Orkla's acquisition of New York Pizza completed

Orkla's acquisition of New York Pizza completed

In its notification of 28 June 2021, it was announced that Orkla has entered

into an agreement to purchase approximatly 75% of the shares in New York Pizza,

one of the leading pizza chains in the Netherlands.

The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and was

completed today. New York Pizzas will be consolidated into Orkla's financial

statements as of 1 August 2021.
