Jaan Ivar Semlitsch, President & CEO of Orkla, has today, 27 November 2020,

bought 6,500 Orkla shares at an average price of NOK 84.63 per share. The shares

were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this transaction, Semlitsch

and related parties own 52,827 shares in Orkla.
