Orkla ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - options

On 24 February, in connection with Orkla's former management option programme,

172,000 options in Orkla-shares were exercised at a strike price of NOK 42.53

per share.

After this transaction, the total number of options issued in Orkla shares under

the management option programme is 2,140,000. Orkla owns 358,135 treasury

shares. The number of treasury shares has been corrected for shares related to

the shares for employees programmes, which mistakenly have not been deducted in

Orkla ASA
