ORKLA ASA - Contemplating NOK senior unsecured green bond issuance

Orkla ASA has mandated DNB Markets, Handelsbanken Capital Markets and SEB as

Joint Lead Arrangers to arrange a virtual investor meeting on 26[th] of May 2021

where we will present the company and our newly established green bond

framework. Subject to market conditions, one or several NOK denominated senior

unsecured green bond issues with expected tenor(s) of 5-10 years may follow.

SEB has been the Sole Structuring Advisor of Orkla's green bond framework.
