Orkla ASA - Contemplating senior unsecured NOK bond issuance

Orkla ASA has mandated Danske Bank, DNB Markets and Nordea as Joint Lead

Managers for one or more senior unsecured bond issues. Subject to market

conditions, bond issues with tenors of minimum 5.5 years, and a combined

expected deal size of NOK 1 billion may follow.
