Following the acquisition of 1,272,279 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 13,240,663 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 10.54% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
