Following the acquisition of 1,572,291 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, BlackRock Inc. is now the holder of 5,344,226 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.26% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
