Notification of Directors' Dealings

On 26 September 2014, awards over ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company were granted to Executive Directors pursuant to the Origin Enterprises plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2012.  The benefits arising with respect to these awards, which carry a total subscription price of the current market value of the interests awarded, will be in accordance with the Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 and calculated by reference to the financial performance of Origin over the three year period to 31 July 2017.
