Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") was informed today that Tom O'Mahony, Brendan Fitzgerald and Declan Giblin, Directors of the Company, disposed of such number of Ordinary Shares as represented their respective Guaranteed Entitlements pursuant to the terms of the recently completed Tender Offer. 

Following these transactions, the interests of the Directors in the Company's issued share capital, is as set out in the below table.
