Appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer

Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Company' or 'the Group'), the international Agri-Services Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of TJ Kelly as the Group's new Chief Financial Officer ('CFO').  TJ will join Origin no later than March 2021 following the completion of a customary notice period and will be appointed an Executive Director on joining the Company.

TJ (Age 46) is currently CFO and an Executive Director of Hostelworld Group plc, the global hostel-focused online booking agency.  Previously, TJ worked in the US and Ireland with Glanbia plc for 12 years, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including CFO of their Performance Nutrition Business and Group Financial Controller with responsibility for Investor Relations.  Prior to Glanbia, TJ held positions in Microsoft's European Operations Centre, Dublin, GE Capital, based in Amsterdam and Eircom plc.  TJ qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995.
