Appendices 3Y Notices – Grant A King and Karen A Moses

Please find attached Appendices 3Y for Mr Grant King and Ms Karen Moses advising the lapse of unexercised options and Performance Share Rights (PSRs) on 30 December 2013.

The delay in notification is due to an administrative oversight by the Company Secretary who had responsibility to manage this event. The delay involved no fault of either Mr King or Ms Moses. The error was discovered in the Company’s annual reporting preparation process.

The Company does have written arrangements with its directors, including a securities trading policy. All directors are aware of their obligation to notify the Company. As the lapsing of the options and PSRs in question did not require any action by the holder and their terms (including lapse date) had been previously disclosed to the market, the change in interest inherent in the lapse of an award was inadvertently overlooked by the Company Secretary.

Procedures have been put in place to ensure that no repetition of this failure occurs in the future.

The Company has complied with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2 in the past and apologises for the delay on this occasion.
