Entitlement Offer Update

Eastern Goldfields Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (ASX:EGS) (“Company”) advises that the non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer announced on 30 April 2019 ("Entitlement Offer") closed on Wednesday, 15 May 2019.

The Company has received entitlement acceptances of 148,433,578 New Shares. The Company will seek to place the resultant shortfall of 613,351,172 New Shares within three months of the closing date of the Entitlement Offer.
