On November 3, 2022, Opendoor Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and a shareholder letter announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release and the shareholder letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
