Exhibit 100 to this Current Report on Form 8-K contains documents formatted in XBRL with information from Open Text Corporation’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2008, filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on November 5, 2008. The information includes the (i) Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets as of September 30, 2008 and June 30, 2008, (ii) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Income for the three months ended September 30, 2008 and 2007, and (iii) Condensed Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the three months ended September 30, 2008 and 2007.
