Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Onward Technologies Limited is proposed to be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 to, inter-alia, consider and if thought fit, to consider fund raising options for the Company, by way of debt instruments or issuance of securities, as may be permitted under applicable laws, subject to receipt of regulatory/statutory approvals, approval of shareholders and lenders as may be required and to obtain the approval of shareholders to approve such fund raising, if required under applicable laws.

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 is being closed from May 25, 2021 to May 31 2021 (both days inclusive).

The Trading Window shall open from Tuesday, June 01, 2021.
