This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on Thursday, 16[th] July, 2020 via Video Conferencing as per the provisions given in Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014 Rule (4) sub-rule (1) may be held through video conferencing or other audio visual means in accordance with Rule 3 (MCA Notification as on March 19[th] , 2020) to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.

Further kindly note that, Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/0112019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019111 dated April 02, 2019 and in compliance of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window has been closed w.e.f. 01[st] July, 2020 till 20[th] July, 2020.

The trading window shall open from Tuesday, 21[st] July 2020.
