Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations'), we wish to inform you that in the Meeting of the board of Directors of the Company held on Wednesday, May 06, 2026, the Board of Directors approved inter-alia the following;

1. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Shailesh Shripal Awale (DIN: 11703762) as Managing Director of the Company effective from May 06, 2026 for a period of 5 years subject to approval of the shareholders at ensuing General Meeting of the Company.

Further, the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
