Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulations 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

2. Consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds through any permissible mode and/or combination thereof under the applicable laws, subject to receipt of necessary regulatory and statutory approvals, including approval of the shareholders of the Company and to approve the notice to shareholders for seeking their approval and to consider other business items, if any.

As intimated earlier on December 24, 2025, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2026 till February 03, 2026 (both days inclusive).
