Primary insider Christian Åbyholm, a member of the VACCIBODY AS board, represents Andenaesgruppen (including Kvantia AS and Christiania Skibs AS). As part of a process to streamline the ownership structure of Andenaesgruppen, Kvantia AS has today sold 700,000 Vaccibody shares to Finyield AS at NOK 74 per share. Finyield AS is one of the owners of Kvantia AS. After the transaction Christian Åbyholm (board member) through Caaby AS holds 1,995,895 Vaccibody shares and 100,000 warrants and Andenaesgruppen (through Kvantia AS and Christiania Skibs AS) represented by Christian Åbyholm owns 17,170,575 Vaccibody shares and in addition Norda ASA represented by Christian Åbyholm owns 7,996,755 Vaccibody shares.
