Vaccibody AS - Mandatory notification of intra group transfer of shares by primary insider’s related party

Oppenheim AS has today sold 300,000 shares in Vaccibody AS to Axe Invest AS at NOK 71 per share. Following the transaction, Oppenheim AS holds no shares and Axe Invest AS holds 300,000 shares in Vaccibody AS.

Oppenheim AS and Axe Invest AS are 100% owned by Karoline Steiro, a closely associated person of Jan Haudemann-Andersen, member of the board of Vaccibody AS.
