For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice is 48,335,267 ordinary shares of 25 pence each.

The total number of voting rights in the Group is therefore 48,335,267. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
