NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR  Shareholding

NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, was notified on 7th February that Yvonne Monaghan, a Non-Executive Director of NWF, had on that day, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in NWF, ("NWF Shares"), at a price of 138p per share.  

Following this purchase, Yvonne Monaghan now has a beneficial holding of 10,000 NWF shares, representing 0.021 per cent. of the Group's Issued Share Capital.
